Roller Seem To Be Stuck In Lower Back Position

In 90% of the cases the massage block assembly must be replaced. This part is in the $600 range for the rebuilt assembly. Many times there are rips in the back cloth that causes fabric to jam or foul the sensors, causing the mechanism to run into the stops and damage the mechanism.

Most repair shops will only work on them in the shop because the possibility that grease might stain the carpets. Contact Panasonic for the nearest repair facility.
