How To Contact The Panasonic Company For Refound.
I bouth a Panasonic DVD recorder in the store hhgregg in Gainesville, Fl. Returner the item because dosen't work. They keep the item for 6 weeks, I tried yerterday and does not work at all. I call the store and the anwers was I need to deal witn the company. I pay $275.18 need my money back!!!

I went to hhgreg.com and read up on their exchange and refund policies. No where did I read to get a refund you had to contact the company that made the product. They do have a policy that the item that is being returned or exchanged has to be in it's original condition, along with the original receipt.
You have 30 days for the date of original purchase, for a refund or exchange.I'm not understanding when you stated they had the item for six weeks, but if they did in fact have the item back in their store, there has to be kind of record of it being there. This may help with the 30 return/exchange policy.
