Extract From Checking Account

i had items stored in a storage facility and they were damaged.  I need receipts for these items.  I need a sort of my checking account by who they were written out to.  I had several items/cloths stored that were purchased from Macys, Ross, JcPennys, Stien Mart,   I need dates so I can submit the checks and dates to the retailer for a copy of the receipts. pleas reply as soon as possible. thank you for your attention to this matter.  janetlautenbacher11gmail.com
