Temperature Gauge Not Working
new batteries inserted, reset button in sensor set. It picked up temp in house but when put in its usual outdoor position, it would not work. A series of lines showed on indoor gauge. Please help.

Hello, if it works inside but doesn't work outside, it seems like it's a communication issue rather than something not working. Check page 7 of the user manual to see steps you can take to be sure the unit is communicating properly. Some things to do include making sure the outside unit faces the inside unit, and make sure the sensor is less than 100 meters from the inside unit.
