It Seams Clogged; How Do I Clean It?
The steam seams to be coming from teh top "ball joint" rather than the mopping pad that hits teh floor. I think it's just clgged as I've never cleaned it. I took off the floor attachment from teh wand and poked the little hole where the steam shoots out but it didn't seem to do any good.
