More Accurate Time Of Arrival

i had inquired to Steam It Carpet Cleaning via email requesting a more accurate arrival time. im scheduled for an 11am time but according to the WOW booking website, it states the technicians can arrive anywhere from 7am - 5 pm. Steam It responded instructing me to go on the WOW Booking website to make this request. but I do not clearly see where this can be done.
