My Onkyo Tx-nr676 Turns On Then Off Af63 Seconds.
I haven't used the system for a long time at least 9 months. I turned it on today and after 3 seconds it turned off. I disconnected all my speakers and equipment and still I get the same results turning off after 3 seconds. This Onkyo is about 2 years old. I barely used it from the time of purchase about 30 times for about 1-2 hours maximum.

Hi. There are two common reasons why they do this. The first is dry solder joints, where the solder is cracked on the circuit board. If you warm the unit with a hair dryer, sometimes they may start working again. If it stops again after a while, it's probably a solder joint that needs re-soldering.
The other problem that causes shutdown is a shorted output stage. This a failure of a component inside. It will need to go to a repairer for this problem.
So firstly, I would warm the machine until it is toasty. Then, try it. If it doesn't start working, take it in for diagnosis.
