Horn Fuse Box Location For 1999 Olds 88 .. Also Power Window Fuse/relay Location

cant find horn fuse box.. supposed to be on passenger side interior?? also power window fuse box/relay location??? 1999 olds 88 LS thanks

Fuse Layout Oldsmobile 88 / Eighty-Eight 1994-1999

There are two fuse blocks: on the driver's side and passenger's side of the passenger compartment under the instrument panel.
