1997 Olds 88 Won't Start

My 1997 Olds 88 won't start. I turn the key, and I can't hear anything like the starter cranking. Everything else works fine. I can hear the fuel pump, etc. but the car won't start. I replaced the battery and the starter and it still doesn't start.
