Blinker Relay Or Flasher

Where is the blinker relay or " flasher switch" located on a 1997 Olds 88?

Sometimes you can put your hand under the dash near steering column to feel for the clicking to locate the flasher.
Replace the clicking flasher with a new electronic flasher.
Buy the flasher at any parts store. (NAPA etc)
