Electrical Problems With 1996 Oldsmobile Delta 88ls

1996 oldsmobile 88, once or twice a day when I put the car in park, it dies. four times now the car has died and would not start until morning, during these times I have noticed that the windows and the electric seats won't work. everythig else works. when I try to start it, it will actually start and promply dies after releasing the ignition key.  also, douring this time when using the windows or seat  the light will dim. as if shorting out.  I've wated days and I got nothing this time but a couple hand fulls of loose hair     any Idea's?????
