Media Check On Oki B431
On my OKI B431dn, I have paper size check turned off, yet I get paper size error when I print a a4 page onto a a5 sheet. I need to be able to do this (I know that I will be missing half the text). there was no issue with this on my old HP

Hello,
I am a customer support technician at Okidata America.
Check you paper size settings and make sure they are accurate on the application and the printer driver.
I recommend you try disabling media check in the printer and the printer driver.
On the printer, press the down arrow until you get to Print Menu, press OK, press down arrow until you get to Print Menu, press OK, go to disable, press OK, press the back button and put the printer back online.
On the printer, right click on Start, Control Panel, Device & Printers, View installed Printers.
Right Click on the B431PCL driver, left click on Properties, left click on Printer Preferences, click on Paper Feed Options and disable all media check settings, then press OK, until you exit.
