Need To Change Airplane Departure Time

HOW CAN I GET MY AIR BOOKING CHANGED??? I have not received a GOOD answer from NCL - only that "that's the best we can do"!   REALLY???  I am sailing on May 18th from Seattle for Alaska cruise on the Jewel.  THey have me leaving LAX (Los Angeles) at 6:10AM for arrival in SEA(Seattle) at 8:00AM I live in Orange County about 15 mins from John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana - but NCL does not do business with this airport, just lax.  In order for me to get to the airport in the proper 2 hour time frame before departure, I will:  1. Have to be up by Midnight for a, 2. $50.00 van ride to LAX by 2:00AM and 3. Arrive at the airport by 4:00AM   The even more stupid part is that when I arrive at 8:00AM in Seattle, what the heck am I supposed to do until 1:00PM when the ship starts to finally start boarding the guests???  There must be 3 or 4 other planes from LAX that morning, but the Premium air people say there aren't any seats.  REALLY?  I booked it right on line tonight with no problem. AGAIN, HOW CAN I GET THIS BOOKING CHANGED?????? BTW - I was told by 2 different NCL people - - when I told them both that this was not a way to start out my once a year a vacation "Oh well!"   Very nice, huh?
