I Have Been On Hold For 3 Hours And 20 Min..... This Alaskan Cruise Was Made Ov

I have been on hold for 3 hours and 20 min.... This cruise is for a retirement celebration, thousand of dollars (5 people going)have been spent on this on the cruise, insurance, flights etc....I am getting frustrated .... I am hold all day. These are big paying customers.... I can't believe this is the treatment we are receiving from your customer service.
