Cancel Reservation Because Of Medical Emergency
How can I get help with a refund of a resertation on flight tomorrow (Tuesday) due to medical emergency?

I'm not 100% sure, but I do not think Northwest Airlines issues refunds for medical emergencies. Best off to call them to make sure. However, if you have their Travel Insurance, then they are supposed to issue a refund.
