Can I get my tickets for my Detroit to Indianapolis Flight while I am in Germany

I am in the United States Army stationed in Germany.  I am being flown from Nurnberg Germany to Detroit by the Army.  From detroit I had to purchase my own ticket to get home to Indianapolis.  The issue at hand is my flight arrives in Detroit at 2:50pm and my Flight to Indianapolis departs at 3:10pm.  So I was wondering If I can get my tickets for that flight while I pick up my other tickets in Germany.  Therefore saving me the time of leaving to go to the ticket area in Detroit, and going through security again so on which obviously cannot be done in 20 minutes.
