E 9.0 Elliptical Ramp

I followed the guide to try and calibrate the E 9.0 elliptical ramp. Before was only showing two levels on the screen, -10 and +20. Now I show all the numbers on the screen but the actual ramp did not move up or down. Is there anything can do to make it go up and down to get the ramp to move?
