Nokia X2-01 Keypad Malfunction, Tulong Po Pls.

mayroon po akong nokia X2-01: ...... Bali ang problema ko po ay inupgrade ko po ung firmware ng nokia x2-01 ko from v.08.70 to v.08.71 ..... After po nun napansin ko dun sa create message kapag pinipindot ko po yung comma key (,) sa keypad ko, ang lumalabas po sa message ay colon key (:). Kapag ang tinype ko nmn po ay ang tuldok (.)dun s qwerty keypad ko, ang lumalabas sa message ay semi-colon key (;). ...... *May kinalaman po kaya ung pag UPGRADE ko ng firmware using nokia suite?? ... *Pwede ko bang iDOWNGRADE ung firmware, para po bumalik at maayos ung keypad issue ko, paano po? ... *Kung hindi naman pwede idowngrade yung firmware pwede ko po bang iRE-INSTALL ung firmware, paano po? ... *Eto po yung necessary information na nakalagay sa likod ng phone ko, anong firmware ang PINAKABEST sa phone ko po para maayos yung malfunction: Model: X2-01 Code: 059C7L9 Imei: 356256/04/191007/4 FCC ID: QTLRM-709 .....
