Greetings - Try Restoring Factory Defaults under Settings first and observe (BE WARNED THAT THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR PERSONAL DATA CURRENTLY ON PHONE - BACKUP THE DATA IN THE MEMORY CARD FIRT (Use the Backup & Synch feature under settings to make backup). If resetting does not solve the problem you may need to have your phone board cleaned with methylated spirit at your nearest phone repair shop (unless if you can do so your self) - Please do repost for any needed assistance on this.
