I Have A Ploblem My Phone Does Not Accept My Sim Card ..nokia X2-01.

I Want Help Please My Phone Does Not Want To Accept My Sin Card Anymore . Its Says No Service But Itz Worked Without Sim Card So Plz Help Me I Am Usuing Nokia X2-01

Greetings - The first thing you should do is to determine the faulty part between the Sim card and the phone. To do this you will have to either try to insert your Sim card to a different phone that you know to work well or insert a different Sim card into your Nokia x2 and observe. Should your Sim card refuse to work on a different phone or Should a different Sim card work on your Nokia x2, then it should sadly mean that your Sim card has gone bad - in which case you will need to perform a Sim swap. Otherwise if the diagnoses points at the phone as the party that is faulty, the thing you should try is to restore the phone to Factory Settings and observe. You should remember to backup your personal data prior to this. You can backup by going to Settings > Sync & backup > backup. For factory settings go to Settings > Rest. Fact. Set. > ... The default security code is 12345 unless changed.

Try using another SIM card and see if it works. If it does work then your current SIM is deactivated. If it doesn't, get your phone checked from the NOKIA store.
