Copy Contacts From Phone To Sim With Broken Screen

Try to ask some mobile repair shop, if they can do it for you. Or ask your network operator if they can copy your contacts to a new phone.

Not sure how it is in your country, but here most operators have special device able to copy contacts from phone to phone.
