Greetings - You may have to hard reset it to resolve the problem -
(PLEASE NOTE THAT HARD RESET WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE - SO BE ADVICED TO MAKE BACKUP FIRST). Reset guide is available on the link below -
