Most sunroofs will move manually, motor access will be covered by the headliner.. You need to remove a cover to get to where the motor is and usually there is a hole to put a screwdriver or Allen key into to turn the motor manually. If not just remove the motor and push the glass shut but doing this will mean you need to reset the motor before refitting it.
