Who Do I Contact About My Broken Driver's Seat?

I purchased my 2005 Nisaan Murano last May & my seat is broken. I have viewed forums (Edmundcars) and there are 155 complaints thus far... not including mine & my co-workers, regarding the driver seats. Of course Warranties doesn't cvover it, who can assist me in getting my seat fixed at NO cost to me. I have to pay a car note on this car & I have 5 more years to go. Why should I be buying a seat?
