Need Help Finding My Oil Galley That Comes Threw The Head (ka24e)

got a restriction problem not allowing enough oil to get to my lifters so there making terrible noise also have to much oil pressure so i know its gotta be restricted... i took off the rocker arms and cleaned them also changed oil filter and oil and drained a quart out once and added diesel fule to break it up but didnt work next guess is in the head?? any help would be greatly appreciated
