Should A Nikon Coo Pix L26. Camera Be On Or Off In Charging By Usb Port?

You can charge your Nikon Coo Pix L26 camera while turned on or off. However, I would suggest that you charge your camera while it is turned off to allow the battery memory to focus on charging.
