Video Clicking

nikon coolpix aw110 when i video with the camera, it constantly clicks and the screen jumps as if it's refocusing every time you move it. how do i get a smooth recording?

The autofocus always cause clicking when it is trying to focus. This problem even happens on higher end cameras. The best way to prevent the click is to turn the autofocus off or use a tripod and try not to move the camera too much when recording.
