Hi there! Let me help you with your issue. In the case of a forgotten password or too many password attempts, a great solution is to perform what is called a hard reset. This will remove the password protection on the device and restore it back to its original factory settings. Below my response I've included a link to the steps you'll need to take in order to hard reset your Google Nexus 7 tablet. Please make sure that you use method #2
