My Photo Frame Will Not Power Up. What Can I Do?

I have had this for almost 2 years and just got around to putting together a usb of pictures to show and it worked fine. I went to turn it on today and it started out okay then scrambled the picture. I turned it off and tried restarting it and it will not power up.
