Undelivered Order

I placed an order via ebay for a 12 month xbox live membership.  Information provided indicates that it was shipped via DHL and that I should have received yesterday.  But per DHL the tracking # is not valid for any DHL product.  I need to either confirm that I will be receiving in time for Christmas or purchase a replacement.  Please advise
