Why Can't I Get A Live Person To Answer The Phone Or Even On Live Chat?
Why don't anyone live answer their stupid phones? All I get is the annoying recordings that get me nowhere. The so called live chat is worthless as well.

The answer is that the company doesn't give the priority to customer service that you'd like. You can write them at:
