Wndr3400 Initial Setup Cannot Login

Hi, for the initial setup, the username is admin and the password is password. If those credentials don't work, someone may have already changed them. You can set the router back to its factory default state, which will reset the username and password but will also wipe out any settings you've changed.
You can find instructions for resetting the WNDR3400 back to factory default settings on page A-1 of the user manual, which you can download here if you need it:
