Restart My Extension??

i cant access my extension so my wifi signal i svery low, especially for my iphone. I basically only use my 3G. IT says incorrect password whenever i try to log in. I want to restart the extension but i have done the restore factory settings but it hasnt worked. I need to be be able to change the password (without knowing the current password) how do i do that?
