Corrupt Firmware

I WAS UPGRADING THE FIRM WARE ON MY ROUTER AND TIPPED THE POWER CORD TO THE ROUTER OUT OF POWER NOW MY COMPUTER CANT SEE THE ROUTER AND THE LIGHTS KEEP BLICKING IN A STRAGE WAY. IS THERE ANY WAY TO REINSTALL THE FIRMWARE AGAIN?
