Can Windows 7 Vpn To Netgear Fvs318g

depending on your service type, if you have residential pkg, it will not allow port80.
sounds like it is not residential but if inbound rules is set correctly and hooked up behind the FVS should work.
also I would us 3500 as an access point.. but that is preferences and you probably just isolating or something
I would use ISPsec over openvpn but not sure the needs for some access webserver?... if you need secure access to your server then, yes use vpn tunnel
