Poor Quality

My Netflix quality has become extremely poor while streaming on my mac, it also wont let me expand to full screen. 

I Know the Answer!

As far as the streaming quality that has to do with your internet speed. As far as the not letting you full screen you might need to uninstall and reinstall the silverlight program that plays it on the laptop.

This is not a Netflix issue, it's an Internet connection issue. If you have DSL or a slow connection, it won't work.
