Unable To Connect To Netflix

Unable to connect to Netflix is the message we have been getting for over a week. We have gone to the help page and followed their instructions and are still getting the same thing. Can you help us?

If you have ruled out a Netflix connection issue, then it is either: Internet connection too slow, wifi signal too weak or not enough memory in your computer (if that's how you're trying to watch it).

You have to test the Internet connection on the device, log out and back into Netflix, restart your device, and restart your home network equipment.
