Sporadically During A Program, The Screen Will Revert Back To The Red Screen And
The program repeatedly goes back to the red screen and I have to start it playing again.

If you see a red screen when you try to watch something:Restart your device
- Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute.
- While the device is unplugged, press the power button on the device to discharge it.
- Plug your device back in.
- Turn your device on with the power button.
- Try Netflix again.
If you see a red screen at any other time, please contact customer service.
