Can't Get Past The Red (loading) Netflix Screen.

I can't get past the red netflix screen to the movies selection screen. What can I do? Subscription is paid up.

This is not a Netflix issue. Your Internet connection is either too slow (you must have high-speed to use Netflix) or your ISP is having issues. If the problem continues, you should contact your Internet service provider.
