I Pay Every Month For The Service And It Doesn't Work

I pay every month for the service and when I try and go to the net flix website; it brings me to google and then I try and click on net flix log in and it brings me to internet explorer not working.  The internet used to work for net flix and it works for everything else that I use it for.  I don't watch movies but I select what movies for net flix to send to me after I send the one they send me back in.  I haven't been able to access my account for a month and a half and I really don't want to pay for something that I have no access to.

This could be a corrupted browser due to a virus.  Make sure you antivirus is up to date.

If you need a free anti virus program I recommend that you go here: http://www.avast.com/index

Try clearing your browser cache and history.  In Internet Explorer got to the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then the General tab.

Try another browser.  Grab a copy of Firefox (which in my opinion is better anyway) from here: https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/

Redirection to an incorrect web site is typically due to malware, or a virus.  There is no reason that you should not be able to get to Netflix unless your system has some issue.  It is not Netflix.  It would serve no purpose for them to send you away.

If all else fails get a tech to look your PC over.

None of your problems are Netflix's fault. You need to update your browser, run a registry cleaner, empty your Internet cache and optimize your hard disk.
