Unable To Watch Movies Online?

Sirs, I believe I had enrolled in your Offer of gettng the DVDs as well as watching Movies Online...about a month or so ago. I am still receiving the DVDs, but however was only able to watch Movies Online for about a week-week and a half. Thinking I MAY have done something wrong...I logged onto your site last night and Signed Up again for the Same Program ( DVDs' and Online Movies). Got through the initial registration..picking Selections and such..then went to a page that said..."Welcome Back...Ron". I am unable to watch ANY Movies Online..at anytime now. I "Click" on Play...it goes through the process of Loading...then Stops at the Player Screen. I have waited as long as 20 minutes for something to happen, but nothing does. My System Requirements MUST be O.K. as I have said...I had been watching Movies Online for a time. I do NOT Wish to be Billed for the Same Option/Enrollment...TWICE!! So would appreciate it IF you would take care of this matter...IF...you have me already Listed as..."Signed Up". And would like to know HOW to go about being able to Watch Online Movies...again??               Sincerely,   Ron Taylor
