I'm New To This. What Do I Do If I Keep Getting This Message. (i Have A Roku)

the message " We are unable to connect to Netflix at this time. Press 'ok' on your remote control to return to the Roku home screen and try again later. If the problem persists please visit netflix.com/tvhelp" Only this website doesn't exist only netflix.com/help

Just called netflix. Message indicates a problem streaming to all devices including  Roku. Is this going to be the level of service following the split to 2 tier pricing???

Netflix was experiencing server outages ... too much weekend web traffic. It's temporary and should be resolved shortly if it hasn't been already.
