Why Am I Not Getting My Movies In The Order I Want Them.

TV series not coming in order - why?  And why don't you have a telephone number that people can reach you by?

This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. You're probably not getting movies in the order you want them because they're on hold/wait. There is most definitely a number you can call, you just can't email them. 1-866-716-0414
