Is The Net10 Service Down Today??????????????

I am not showing anything stating they are down, or were down today.

Perhaps you should try contacting their customer service line toll free at:

Phone at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368)

Have your Net10 phone serial number and your Net10 phone number available so they can provide you optimal service.

Their toll free service number (877 836 2368) is down for circumstances beyond their control. Also no bars on my new phone. I can't tell if it's because it isn't activated or if I'm out of the coverage area. That map on their website is pretty nebulous and clicking "zoom in" doesn't even zoom in to my state, much less my zip code. I've tried multiple zips and they all bring up a map of the entire f-ing country. Not to helpful.
