Getting Service Activated
I purchased a phone from Net 10 in Aug. It would not activate so I started with the phone calls. Here it is Sept. 11, 2013 and this phone is still not activated. They sent me a new SIMS card and been promised another by today. Have now been told 3-5 more days. In the mean time I have asked for a refund, or new phone and have been given 12 different answers by 12 different people. I am getting the run-around. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I get the run-around. (we will take care of this) I am losing service days. I have time and money invested in what seems to be a losing battle. I am tired of being nice now I want to choke someone. WHAT CAN I DO?
