Transfering Minutes To Another Net 10 Phone
Is it possible to transfer minutes from a net 10 phone to another net 10 phone

Net10 customer service can usually help you transfer minutes if you are done with the old phone and want to use the minutes on a new one. It may take a long time on hold and so forth to accomplish it, so be prepared to call from a land line with something to read. I have done this a couple of times, and eventually they can manage it. The CS reps aren't very knowledgeable sometimes, so they may have to transfer you several times to find someone who knows what to do. Or you could try contacting CS through their Facebook page; some people have had better luck with that route.
