Time On Phone.....net 10 Phone

I BOUGHT A NET 10 CARD YESTERDAY AN I WENT TO PUT IT ON MY PHONE AN IT SAID MY NET 10 PHONE WAS NOT COMPATIBLE FOR A MONTHLEY PLAN, THAT,S BULL, AN I BOUGHT ONE ABOUT 2 MO AGO AN THEY SAID IT WAS THE WRONG ONE FOR ME TO SEND IT TO THE ECOMPANY AN THEY WOULD RETURN MY MONEY,,, WELL GUESS WHAT IT,S BEEN 2 MO AN I ANT GOT NOTHING BACK AN DON,T EXPECT TO EITHER. BUT I CAN PROVE I BOUGHT A 20.00 DOLLAR NET 10 CARD YESTERDAY AN IF THEY DON,T PUT MY TIME ON MY PHONE I WILL HAVE A LAWYER TO SEE INTO THIS, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AN I ,M TIRED OF IT.I HAVE BEEN WITH NET A LONG TIME AN I WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT .MY HOME PHONE IS 270-988-2131 AN MY NET 10 IS 270- 704-5097. I CALLED LAST NITE TO TALK TO SOME BODY AN WAITED 2 HRS AN NO BODY EVER COME ON TO HELP ME , SO I GOT UP EARLY THIS MORNING AN CALLED AGAIN AN WAS ON FOR 2 HRS AN NO BODY EVER COME ON TO HELP ME. AN I HAVE TO HAVE MY PHONE BECAUSE WE HAVE SICKNESS IN TH EFAMILY AN I NEVER KNOW WHEN I AM GOING TO HAVE TO USE ALL MY MIN. MY SERIAL NUMBER IS-011849005317521,,, AN AN MY PIN NUMBER IS 654211861199543,,,,,,I WILL HAVE A LAWYER TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME IF NET 10 DON,T PUT MY TIME ON MY PHONE, AN IF THEY DON,T THEY CAN PUT NET 10 WHERE THE SUN DON,T SHINE.

You shouldn't post your personal information on a public forum like this. This forum isn't run by Net10, and they won't even see your complaint. Net10 has a help forum that will try to help you via email, or you can use their Facebook help forum if you have access to FB. Or make a different choice when you call their help number (like saying you want to buy minutes or something), and maybe someone will pick up and talk to you.

You can see from the many complaints that Net10 has very poor customer service, and it's getting worse all the time. I guess that's how they can keep their cost of minutes down. I never used to have to wait on hold when I called them; I just prayed to get a rep I could understand. Now you're on hold for 20 minutes and just grateful to hear a human voice at last. That's why I recommend trying to get help through their Facebook page, where at least the English is English.

The phones are usually good, and the minutes are cheap, but when you have a problem you will pay quadruple in time and frustration. Good luck!
