I Forgot My Voice Mail Password Code
can't get into my v-mail I need to pick a new code forgot the old one

I think you'll need to call Net10 and have them reset the passcode. Contact information is here:

After pressing and holding the # 1 key, you will be prompted to enter a voicemail code. You will just enter the last seven digits of your phone number excluding the area code. Then there will be a voice prompt to change your passcode.
