Voice Mail Question

I have Net 10 T401G.  When setting up voice mail was promted to put in a (phone?) number.  I thought I should put in my phone number. Now everytime I try to access voice mail my own Net 10 phone is called instead of voice mail.  I tried doing a factory reset, phone reset everything except phone bood and voice mail number (my number) that I put in.  Does anyone know how to change or delete my phone number for the correct number to reach my voice mail so I can call Net 10 and put in correct number?
