How Can I Add Minutes On My Friends Phone? I Do Not Have Her Phone With Me She's

i do not have her phone with me nor can i contact her in anyway because the only way i can contact her is if i add minutes to her phone. ive been trying to add min to her phone for two days now. i cant get in touch with real person bc it puts me on hold, i would like to know how i can add min to her phone with out going to the store and buying a card cause i have some issues with that not able to travle @ the moment. please help me.
